SALARY : R226 611 per annum (Level 7)
CENTRE : Midlands Region: Umzinyathi Sub – District Office
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent plus 3 -5 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy
in the following software packages, word processing, spreadsheet,
presentation and outlook a valid driver’s licence (manual transmission).
DUTIES : Ensure the provision of general administration services. Provide registry and
messenger services. Administer reception and switchboard services to the
district. Ensure the provision of helpdesk services. Administer cleaning
services. Administer security services. Ensure the provisioning of transport
services. Supervise staff. Skills: Research skills, supervisory skills, problemsolving
skills, report writing.
