REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year National Diploma in Public
Management /Administration/Business /Management/Administration plus 3-5
years’ Administrative experience. A valid driver’s license. Knowledge: Public
Service Act and Regulations; PFMA and Treasury Regulations; Basic Conditions
of Employment Act; Supply Chain Management Practices and procedures; Service
Delivery Framework; Occupational Health and Safety Act; Labour Relations Act;
Batho Pele principles; Road Traffic Act; Archives. Skills: Interpersonal,
Networking, Problem solving, Time management, communication (written and
verbal) Project Management, Computer Literacy, Financial Management, Decision
Making, Report writing.
DUTIES : Provide human resource management; Monitor budget of the Service Office,
Provide Auxiliary Services, Manage Supply Chain Management Services, Monitor
