REQUIREMENTS : Qualifications: National Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration/ Management/ Monitoring and Evaluation; A valid driver’s licence; 1-year
experience in monitoring and evaluation/ quality assurance/ performance
monitoring environment. Knowledge: Constitution of the Republic of South Africa;
Public Service Act; Public Service Regulations; Public Finance Management Act;
Treasury regulations; Service Delivery Frameworks Government-wide Monitoring
and Evaluation System; Impact assessment; Provincial Growth and Development

DUTIES : Implement a monitoring and evaluation Framework with regard to monitoring in the
department and NPOs; Disseminate information on M&E outcomes; techniques;
Processes and tools; Provide technical advice and support on the M&E framework
to all relevant stakeholders; Produce and disseminate reports to relevant
stakeholders.
