SALARY : R173 703 per annum (Level 05)
CENTRE : Provincial Treasury, Western Cape Government
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). Recommendation:
Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or a similar environment.
Competencies: A good understanding of storage management; Communication
(verbal and written) skills in at least two of the three official languages of the
Western Cape; Proven computer literacy; Sound organising and planning skills.
DUTIES : Manage, maintain and ensure that the stationery store is run conscientiously in
terms of the relevant prescripts; Maintain the data used in the administration of
LOGIS; Perform stock taking/physical inventory count of store items; Take
responsibility of reporting losses/disposal on the store stock; Prepare orders for
payment/issue vouchers.
