SALARY : R257 508 – R303 339 per annum the successful candidate will be required to sign
a performance agreement.
CENTRE : National Office: Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma in Public Administration/Office Management or equivalent
qualification NQF level 6; 2 years’ experience in general public administration;
Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel and
PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal); Problem solving skills;
Good planning and organizational skills; Interpersonal skills; Numerical skills;
Conflict management; Attention to detail.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Coordinate meetings, workshops and training sessions
on behalf of the Directorate; coordinate the implementation of Batho Pele

Programmes within the Department; Facilitate the resolution of complaints received
from the public; provide general administrative support.
