to a skills/knowledge test. Successful candidates will be appointed on a

elements of the job. The selection panel will recommend candidates to attend

DUTIES : Make office travel arrangements and process subsistence and travel claims.
Procure goods and services for the directorate. Receive invoices and facilitate
payment. Maintain the sub-directorates payment register. Develop a database
service of service beneficiaries from the district. Attend to all office logistics,
including ensuring proper filing systems. Compile monthly progress reports on
individual projects handled by the sub-directorate. Liaise with districts and
directorate clients.
